Falls Prevention for Older People
Falls are a major cause of injury for older people and the leading cause of injury-related hospital admissions in people aged 65 years or over, and responsible for substantial morbidity and reduced quality of life through pain and functional impairment. Kidsafe was founded in 1979 by a group of professionals and business people focused on the prevention of accidental injuries to children.
