Pre Conference Workshops

Cost: TBC per person (not included in conference registration fee)

Pre-Conference Workshops will be held on Sunday 10th March, from 1.00pm – 4.00pm. The workshops are an optional extra, not included in any of the conference registration fees. Please note that workshops will only run if minimum numbers are achieved. If you register for a workshop and it does not go ahead, you will be given the option of selecting another workshop or receiving a full refund.

If you are attending the conference, you can book for the workshops on the conference registration form.

If you are interested in hosting a workshop please submit your workshop proposal via the abstract portal.
Social Events
Welcome Reception

Venue: Sir Howard Morrison Centre
Tickets: One ticket is included in the full conference registration fee.

The Welcome Reception is a stand-up function giving attendees the opportunity to network and catch up with friends and colleagues. Canapés will be served. Drinks available for purchase.
Conference Gala Dinner & AIPN Awards
Date: Tuesday 12 March 2024
Time: 7.00pm – 10.00pm
Venue: TBC
Tickets: One ticket is included in the full conference registration fee. Partners and guests are also welcome to purchase additional tickets.

The Conference Dinner is a sit down function providing attendees the opportunity to catch up with friends and colleagues and recognise the significant contribution of AIPN members to the field of injury prevention and safety promotion via the AIPN awards.
Dinner, welcome drink, entertainment and transfers are included in the ticket price.
