With a background in public health, social innovation and provider capability development, Justine has worked in communities and across crown to design, procure and support delivery of health and social services. Justine led the establishment of the Strategic Investment portfolio for Injury Prevention in ACC and is focused is on how to implement effective Te Tiriti-led practice and collaborate effectively across agencies.
